Services

Six disciplines,
one accountable studio.

Most projects use three or four of these. Every one comes with a timeline and a starting price, so you know what lands on your desk and when.

01

Branding

Visual identities rooted in clarity and consistency.

We start with positioning, not logos. Once we know who you are against everyone else in the category, the identity has something to be built from — and every later decision gets faster. Delivered as files you own and a guide your printer understands.

What's included

  • Positioning workshop
  • Logo & mark, 3 directions
  • Colour & type system
  • Social and print templates

You receive

  • Logo files (SVG, PNG, PDF)
  • One-page brand guide
  • Launch assets for social
  • Business card / letterhead files

02

Website & mobile design

Responsive experiences that feel natural across screens.

One design system re-proportioned for every width, not three separate guesses. You approve the home page first, then the system for every other page — before a line of code — so nothing is a surprise on launch day.

What's included

  • Structure & sitemap
  • Home page design, 2 rounds
  • Page system for all templates
  • Interface motion plan

You receive

  • Design files (Figma or HTML)
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop views
  • Component library
  • Copy structure per page

03

Web development

Robust builds with performance at the core.

Next.js when you need an admin, a database or many pages; zero-dependency HTML when you need speed and simplicity. Either way the code is yours, hosted on Vercel, with analytics and a Greek hand-over guide so you can update it yourself.

What's included

  • Next.js / React or static build
  • Forms, booking and email delivery
  • Admin panel for content
  • SEO, sitemap, metadata, OG images

You receive

  • Source code in your repository
  • Hosting on your Vercel account
  • Analytics + Speed Insights
  • Written hand-over guide

04

Ecommerce

Storefronts that make buying quiet and obvious.

Products, e-books, listings or subscriptions — the work is mostly removal: every field, step and decision between wanting the thing and owning it. Built on a real database with private downloads or checkout, and an admin you can run alone.

What's included

  • Catalogue / listings / products
  • Cart & checkout or private downloads
  • Orders, requests and email notifications
  • Admin dashboard

You receive

  • Database + storage on your accounts
  • Payment or download flow tested end to end
  • Admin training
  • Post-launch funnel review

05

Motion & content

Scroll films, video chapters and social creatives, made for the site they live on.

Stock photography is why most sites in a category look identical. We art-direct against the layout that already exists — scroll-scrubbed video, 3D scenes like this site, or a set of social ads rendered from your brand system so every post matches.

What's included

  • Art direction
  • Scroll-driven video or 3D
  • Interface motion
  • Social ad set (feed, story, square, gallery)

You receive

  • Optimised video / image assets
  • Ad files ready to post
  • Motion guidelines

Care & growth

Launch is the middle, not the end.

A site left alone decays — content drifts, dependencies age, the form that converted last year stops. The care plan keeps someone accountable who already knows the codebase, for a fixed yearly fee.

What's included

  • Hosting + domain management
  • Security and dependency updates
  • Content changes (fair use)
  • Monthly check + report

You receive

  • A site that stays fast and safe
  • Priority support
  • New pages at a fixed rate

Packages

Everything is adjustable.

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Most projects start here and add a service or two.

FAQ

Questions we get every week.

Starting

How do we start?

A 30-minute call: goals, pages, references, deadline. You get a written scope, price and timeline the same day, and the home page design on a preview link within the first week.

What do you need from me to start?

Logo (or a Branding package), your text or bullet points, photos if you have them, and one hour for the brief call.

How long does a website take?

Launch sites go live in 1–2 weeks, Business sites in 3–4, Ecommerce in 4–8. The clock starts when your content arrives; most delays are waiting for text and photos.

Can you write the text?

You give us bullet points; we structure and polish them, in Greek and English. Long-form copywriting — articles, product descriptions in volume — is quoted separately.

I do not have a logo yet.

Start with the Branding package (2–4 weeks) and the site follows, or take a simple wordmark inside a Launch site and revisit the identity later.

Do you work with clients outside Serres?

Yes. The brief, the previews and the reviews all happen on calls and links, anywhere in Greece or abroad.

Money

How do payments work?

Half on approval of the design, half on launch. The care plan is billed yearly.

Is there a minimum budget?

The Launch price is the floor. If your budget is below it, tell us — a smaller scope, such as a single page with a contact form, is often possible.

What is not included in the price?

Your domain name, third-party services (payment provider fees, paid plugins, stock photos) and copywriting beyond structuring your text. Hosting on Vercel's free tier is included; a site with heavy traffic may need a paid plan, which we will say before it happens.

Are the prices final?

Fixed once the scope is agreed. Anything added along the way is quoted before we build it, never invoiced as a surprise.

Ownership and technology

Do I own the website and the code?

Yes. Code lives in your repository, hosting on your Vercel account, domain in your name. Leave any time and take everything with you.

What is the site built with?

Next.js when you need an admin, a database or many pages; zero-dependency HTML, CSS and JavaScript when you need speed and simplicity. Either way it is hosted on Vercel with analytics.

Why not WordPress or a site builder?

Fewer moving parts: nothing to update monthly, no plugins to break, faster pages. If your team already runs WordPress and needs to stay on it, we say so on the first call.

Will it be fast and work on phones?

Every site is designed mobile-first and has to pass Core Web Vitals before launch. You review it on your own phone from the preview link.

What about Google and SEO?

Metadata, sitemap, structured data and a Google Business link are part of every build. Ongoing ranking work — content, links, campaigns — is a separate scope we can quote.

After launch

Can I update content myself?

Business and Ecommerce builds include an admin panel; Launch sites come with a short guide for simple edits, or we change it under the care plan.

What does the care plan cover?

Hosting and domain management, security and dependency updates, content changes within fair use, a monthly check with a short report, and priority support. Billed yearly.

What if something breaks?

On the care plan we fix it, usually the same day. Without it, we quote the fix by the hour.

Can we add features later?

Yes. Every later addition — a shop, a booking flow, a second language — is quoted as its own small scope on top of the site you have.

Working together

Do you write in Greek and English?

Yes — bilingual sites with correct metadata for each language are a standard option.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds on the design, one on the build. More is fine — it is quoted, never argued.

Is there a contract?

A short written agreement with the scope, price, timeline and what each side delivers. An NDA on request.
