Challenge
Listings change weekly and photos are heavy. The agency needed a site buyers trust — big imagery, a map of the peninsula, honest filters — and a way to manage it all without emailing a developer.
Solution
Next.js App Router with a Postgres database and Blob storage for photos. Buyers filter by location, type and budget; each listing has its own generated page and OG image. The admin issues scoped upload tokens so photos go straight to storage.
Result
Launched with the full listings workflow: the agency adds and reorders properties from the admin, photos go straight to storage, and enquiries arrive through Resend. Privacy page and sitemap included.
